HoneyDo did not begin with a traditional business plan, but rather with a shared homeowner frustration. When owner Zack Flippo stepped into his brand-new home, he immediately noticed standard builder-grade finishes and a long list of areas that needed upgrading to feel truly intentional. After searching the local market for dependable help, he encountered the exact same issues most property owners face: unreturned phone calls, vague pricing, and contractors who seemed to treat reliability as an optional feature.
